Chemical Analysis

In our Chemical Analysis Laboratory Unit, analyzes are carried out to determine the parameters that control the chemical quality characteristics of grain products, food, feed and vegetable oil samples. The analyzes we carry out in the wet chemistry group are of the Quantitative Analysis type, a study conducted for the quantitative determination of the parameters sought in a sample. The quantitative analysis group consists of two separate groups: gravimetric and volumetric analyses. Gravimetric analysis is the determination of the amount of a specified parameter (Oil determination; Moisture and volatile matter determination, Crude cellulose determination, Crude ash determination, Acidity determination, Falling number determination, etc.) based on mass measurement. Volume determination (protein determination, urease activity, protein soluble in KOH, determination of peroxide, iodine value, etc.) is based on the principle of reacting with a reagent of known composition and concentration of the specified parameter and determining the amount consumed using a mathematical formula.

Wet Chemical analyzes are an important group of analyzes to determine desired parameters in samples, ensure food safety, and determine food quality parameters of a sample. Our analyzes are carried out by our specialist staff in accordance with national and international methods (TSE, ISO, EN, etc.).
