RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil)

Palm oil, one of the most consumed food ingredients in the world, is used in about half of all packaged food products.

The main objective of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), which sets certain criteria to reduce the negative impact of palm growers and palm oil producers on the environment and local people, and to produce certified palm oil based on sustainability, is to promote cooperation between stakeholders and to initiate a supply chain using sustainable palm oil by building partnerships within.

The Control Union is an international inspection and certification body accredited by ASI and authorized to conduct RSPO inspections.

Control Union provides services with qualified Turkish auditors in the RSPO program.
