ISCC is a leading worldwide certification system providing solutions for sustainability needs. ISCC meets the United States covering all types of sustainable raw materials and end products, including agricultural and forest biomass, biogenic waste and residues, circular materials and renewable resources, in markets as diverse as the food and feed market, the bioenergy sector and the chemicals market. A certificate program that contributes to the achievement and implementation of the Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris COP21 goals.
All types of agricultural and forestry raw materials, waste and residues, bioeconomy and circular economy products can be certified under ISCC certification.
Supply chain participants involved in ISCC certification:
· Primary producers (farm/field, waste and residue points of origin, no certification obligation for these supply chain stakeholders),

The type of certification should be chosen according to the market to which the durable material will be supplied.
ISCC AB
· Biofuels to be sold to European Union countries are included in this scope.
· It shows compliance with the sustainability criteria for biofuels set by the European Commission in the EU RED and FQD.
ISCC PLUS
· Covers the energy sector and biofuels of non-EU countries such as Japan and Australia.
· Industrial applications and food and feed markets are covered.
ISCC CORSIA
· Dedicated to sustainable aviation fuels.
· Demonstrates compliance with sustainability and GHG criteria for CORSIA compliant fuels.
Since 2021, the Control Union has been providing services with Turkish auditors qualified in ISCC EU and PLUS certification.
