Regulations on the Principles and Application of Organic Agriculture

The production regulations for obtaining an organic production and control certificate in Turkey are defined within the framework of Law No. 5262 on Organic Agriculture and the Regulations on the Principles and Application of Organic Agriculture, prepared under this law. These regulations are mandatory for organic products that will be marketed in Turkey, and they also cover products imported from abroad and marketed as organic.
