Job Description

• We are looking for a part-time administrative professional. Our long-term employee is retiring and we need a replacement.
• You will be the right-hand support of the owner and handle all of the office administrative tasks and be responsible for implementing office standards to streamline our processes, including things like ordering office equipment.
• Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service and/or administration.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
• Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
• Be accountable for running the office and handling all administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
• Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
• Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
• Very thorough, detailed and precise and having administrative experience is preferred.
