WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their RV needs.
• Educate customers about RV features, benefits, and financing options.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
• As a Sales Leader, support and coach team members to drive performance and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Proven success in sales or customer service (experience in RV, automotive, or similar industries is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
• Leadership experience is required for the Sales Leader position.
