Role Overview

Confider is seeking a Business Broker to source business owners looking to sell their companies. This is an exclusive position—Brokers work solely with Confider and benefit from the firm’s full M&A infrastructure and AI-driven deal flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage business owners considering a sale
• Occasionally bring buyers interested in acquisitions
• Maintain and leverage an extensive professional network to source deals

Qualifications

• Financial acumen with the ability to speak the language of finance, valuation, and deal structuring
• Established network of business owners and dealmakers
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing lower middle market deals
• Local to Orange County, CA (preferred) – Confider HQ is in Irvine

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per month
