Job Description
What you will do:
-You will create, develop, and close sales opportunities in line with company target in terms of revenues, profit, collection, market position, etc
-Seek out existing power producing landfill and anaerobic digester projects for conversion to biogas upgrading and H2 Opportunities
-Propose New Markets to Focus our products Sales; focus on CNG, RNG and H2
-Understand market drivers and articulate them to other team members, namely Product Management.
-Professionally represent us with customers, prospective customers and industry partners focus on RNG products.
-Maintain relations with existing customers and have key account strategy in place to support them with prompt response and assistance.
-Develop multi-level communication interconnection points and relationships between Safe & CEC customers and prospective customers.
-Develop Short- and long-term plans in order to pursue Markets Penetration and/or growth.
-Conduct continues analysis on Competitors Pricing and Strategies.
-Use CRM effectively to log activities with prospects, prepare and maintain sales plans and drive opportunities through the sales funnel.
-Develop, manage, and nurture new business Accounts
What we need from you:
-Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an appropriate related Engineering discipline (preferred)
-Minimum of 3 years practical experience in the Renewable Natural Gas or CNG or Hydrogen markets.
-3 years+ in Business Development, preferably in energy; compressors or parts, RNG, CNG, Hydrogen,or bulk transportation
-Experience/ knowledge with Compressors and their use in RNG, H2, biogas collection systems preferred
-Demonstrated involvement in design & product development.
-Proficient in MS Office Suite.
-Experience in infrastructure planning, build preferred
-30% travel required within Eastern half of North America.
-Exceptional organizational skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-Effective time management skills.
-Support the Team Approach to problems.
-Ability to wear multiple hats.
-Valid Passport for travel in North America and Canada
-Valid Drivers License
-Reside in US or Canada with US or Canadian citizenship
-Language: Fluent English
Location: remote: prefer Eastern US or MidWestern US
Salary: $110-130k+ base, + 20-30% bonus, + full insurance; medical, dental and vision for employee
