Job Description

We are looking dedicated Class A OTR Reefer Drivers to join our esteemed Lease Purchase Program. If you are ready to take control of your career and work towards owning your truck without the burden of a down payment or credit checks, this opportunity is for you.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Average Gross Weekly Pay: $5000-$6000, ensuring significant earning potential.
  • Competitive mileage rates of $1.29-$1.32 per mile (loaded and empty), plus a $0.44 fuel surcharge , totaling $1.73-$1.76 gross per mile .
  • Net Weekly Take Home: $1800-$2500, allowing for a comfortable lifestyle.
  • Annual Earnings Potential: $220,000-$300,000, empowering you to achieve your financial goals.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES:

  • The company covers 2290, base plates, tolls, and PrePass , simplifying your responsibilities.
  • You will be responsible for bobtail insurance, IFTA, physical damage insurance , and Qualcomm .
  • A Preventative Maintenance Fee of $0.07 CPM covers all maintenance and repairs, ensuring you are never out of pocket for major expenses.
  • Lease payments of $308 per week plus $0.23 CPM – the more you drive, the quicker you pay off your truck.
  • At the end of the lease, the truck is yours for just $1 .

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 24 months of recent regional or OTR experience .
  • A clean MVR , with no DOT recordable preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
  • No rear-end accidents in any vehicle within the last 5 years.
  • No failed or refused drug tests – we prioritize safety and compliance.
  • Please note: Currently, we are not offering programs in CA, LA, NY, NJ, IL, and VA .
