About our Chief Human Resources and Equity Officer
The Chief Human Resources and Equity Officer (CHREO) is a senior executive who works collaboratively with the CEO and Strategy Team to develop an overall human resource and equity strategic plan for the organization. The Chief Human Resources and Equity Officer is responsible for leading the human resource and equity work of the affiliate and two ancillary organizations to meet organizational goals, ensure legal compliance, effectively manage costs, and create an engaged workforce.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, communications, or a related field required.

Salary Range:
PPGNHAIK's compensation Philosophy is based on equity and transparency. Starting offers are determined by both the candidate's directly applicable experience and internal equity within the paygrade. The pay range for this position is $167,592 - $311,242 Annually.
