Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Destination Wedding Travel Specialist to help couples plan and execute their dream weddings abroad. This role involves consulting with clients, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring every detail aligns with their vision. If you have a love for travel, event planning, and customer service, this is an exciting opportunity to turn dream weddings into reality!
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with couples to understand their destination wedding preferences and requirements.
Research and recommend ideal wedding locations, venues, and travel accommodations.
Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities for wedding parties.
Collaborate with local vendors, resorts, and wedding planners to ensure smooth event execution.
Provide guidance on travel documentation, insurance, and legal requirements for destination weddings.
Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients throughout the planning process.
Stay up to date on wedding and travel trends, preferred destination packages, and vendor offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience in travel planning, wedding coordination, or event management is preferred.
Knowledge of destination wedding trends and international travel logistics.
Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and events simultaneously.
Familiarity with booking systems, travel software, and CRM tools is a plus.
Certification in travel or wedding planning is advantageous.
