Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that increase brand visibility and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Create and schedule content for social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in the management of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), including budget tracking and performance analysis.
  • Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging digital assets for campaigns.
  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Support the marketing team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field is preferred, but entry-level candidates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software (Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the marketing field.
