Position summaryPosition duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
lead the development of cost-effective information technology solutions by creating new, and modifying existing, software applications;
analyze complex systems requirements, existing business processes, and information systems;
code, test, and debug software applications and undertake complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge;
place high value on customer satisfaction and participate on inter-department, cross-functional teams to conduct application evaluation and testing to design new system and re-deign existing systems to accommodate new requirements and growth and participate in appropriate code development processes and procedures to ensure that best practices are followed; and
handle Agile on team, including development methodologies; and coordinate with users to determine requirements that are more complex.
Specific Skills Requirement - must have educational or professional experience in:
Experience (1) Code development using Java, J2EE or comparable tools.
Experience (2) Experience in Java Framework using Spring MVC and its basic features including Dependency Injection, Inversion of Control, and experience with Spring-Boot and Spring JDBC.
Experience (3) Experience in middleware technology using SOAP services and XML data format, and validation of orders coming from various front-end channels.
Experience (4) Experience in creating APIs for web applications using RESTful services or comparable systems.
Experience (5) Working on web applications development using front-end technologies including Angular JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or comparable tools.
Experience (6) Experience using backend technologies including Oracle/MySQL or comparable tools.
Experience and education requirements:
PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience.
ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related, and 5 years of relevant work experience.
Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance.

Candidate’s pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
