Core Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, replenishing vehicle fluids, replacing batteries, filters, wiper blades, etc.
• Rotate, mount and balance tires according to vehicle specifications and ensure proper inflation
• Complete multi-point inspections, taking detailed notes of vehicle condition and recommended maintenance for the Service Advisor to communicate to the customer
• Perform work specified on the repair order in accordance with dealership processes
• Ensure repairs covered under warranty are completed to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Training from an automotive technology program or hands-on experience working at dealership or independent shop
• Experience performing routine vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, fluid exchanges and tire rotations
• Desire to learn and strengthen mechanical proficiencies
• Detail-oriented, thorough and methodical
• Basic computer skills
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
