We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to plan and execute events that align with our company’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company events from start to finish
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and scheduling
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and promotional materials
• Oversee on-site event setup and execution, ensuring all aspects run smoothly
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve event goals
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure cost-effective event planning
• Handle post-event evaluations and reporting to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement
• Maintain compliance with event regulations and company policies
