Join Our Team as an Event Coordinator at Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that reflect our company’s vision and objectives. You will collaborate with different departments to ensure that every event, whether it is a small meeting, a corporate retreat, or a large-scale conference, is executed flawlessly from start to finish. Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, vendor management, and budget oversight.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand event goals and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing.
• Develop and maintain event timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
• Create engaging event materials, such as invites, programs, and promotional content, to enhance attendee experience.
• Manage registration processes, including tracking RSVPs and attendee inquiries before and during events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
