Our client is seeking a start up utility player to provide executive support to the CRO. This AI startup is backed by some of the Bay Area's biggest key players and they're looking to bring a strategic EA on to their impressive team.

The ideal candidate will provide seamless administrative support, be comfortable working in a start up environment, and oversee key company events. If you've been on the hunt for an EA role where you can be involved in multiple different facets, look no further!

The Role : Executive Assistant to CRO

The Location: Palo Alto , CA (Onsite)

The Money : $130k - $150k DOE + Equity  

The Company: AI start up

The Ideal Candidate: Curious . Gritty. Flexible. High EQ. Strategic. Must be comfortable working start up hours.

Day-to-Day:

• Provide administrative support to the CRO; manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
• Manage the office space and keep inventory up to date
• Event planning for the sales team
• Curate a positive and caring environment for the team, fostering employee relationships
• Manage swag program
