The Role: Executive Assistant to President

The City: San Leandro, CA (Onsite + 50% domestic travel)

The Money: $135k - $150k base

The Day-to-Day:

• Manage the President's calendar and schedule internal/external meetings
• Oversee inbox and write emails on President's behalf
• Coordinate travel logistics (must be willing to travel with exec 50%)
• Oversee government clearance & fill out paperwork
