Job Description

Responsibilities

OnboardingÂ

  • Complete onboarding and hiring processing for new hires
  • Ensure required documentation is in Document Manager for the new hire (application, disclosures, background checks)
  • Communicates with applicant to ensure they have information and access to the HRIS
  • Conducts onboarding appointments- collects hire paperwork, verifies I-9 documents, employment verificationÂ
  • Completes appropriate state required background check and reference checks
  • Enters new employee in Electronic Training SystemÂ
  • Schedules new hires for hepatitis B vaccine or TB test, as applicableÂ

Administrative

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation in electronic Document Manager
  • Supports HR Business Partner with unemployment and workers compensation practices
  • Collaborates with quality management team with internal and external audits of employee files

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalentÂ
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalÂ
  • Proficiency with technologyÂ
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively handle highly sensitive and personal information with sound judgment, tact, and discretion.Â
  • Basic knowledge of requirements around employment eligibilityÂ
  • Occasional travel may be requiredÂ
  • Human Resources experience preferred
