Listing Agent — Listing Specialist job at YHSGR - Vinny Steo Baltimore, MD, US

Job Description

Our top real estate agency is looking for Listing Agents to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position is not afraid to ask for business and backs their persuasiveness with top-notch customer service. Our agents' average performance nationwide is 4X the industry average, or 18 sides per agent per year. Responsibilities:

Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents
Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base

Qualifications:

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
