Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
◆Conduct cardiovascular assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized care plans.
◆Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare teams to manage chronic and acute cardiac issues.
◆Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., echocardiograms, Holter monitors).
◆Educate patients on heart health, lifestyle modifications, and medication management.
◆Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with practice standards.
