Salary Range: $240,000-$285,000
About Keshet Keshet is a national organization dedicated to achieving the full equality of LGBTQ+ Jews and their families in Jewish life. Founded in 1996 as a small, volunteer-run group in Greater Boston, Keshet has grown into a robust $6.4M organization with offices in Boston, the Bay Area, Chicago, New York, Florida, and Texas, along with remote staff nationwide. As the only U.S. organization working for LGBTQ+ equality across all aspects of Jewish life, Keshet supports queer Jewish teens, trains a wide range of Jewish professionals and lay leaders to create LGBTQ+-affirming spaces, and mobilizes Jewish communities to advance LGBTQ+ rights nationwide.

Highlighted Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Organizational Strategy - Articulate a clear and compelling vision, develop a strategic plan, and lead its implementation to achieve measurable impact.
- Assess organizational needs and make thoughtful decisions to drive the mission forward.
- Strengthen staff development pathways, creating career opportunities and fostering retention.
Community Engagement - Build and foster meaningful relationships across diverse communities.
- Be a powerful and visionary spokesperson, representative, and connector.
Fundraising and Strategic Communications - Secure multi-year funding from foundations and major donors.
- Articulate Keshet's mission and work to engage constituents and supporters.
