Your Opportunity to Shine:
As a Senior BCBA, you'll be a key player in shaping our clinical services, providing guidance to our amazing team of RBTs and junior BCBAs. You'll ensure our treatment plans are not only effective but also aligned with our commitment to compassionate, child-focused care.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead with Impact: Oversee clinical services across various settings, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality ABA therapy.
Create Personalized Plans: Develop and manage individualized treatment plans that empower children to reach their full potential.
Mentor and Inspire: Supervise and mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
Ensure Excellence: Maintain compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements, ensuring our services are top-notch.
Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with caregivers and service providers to provide holistic care.
Support Growth: Contribute to staff development through constructive feedback and engaging training.
Shape Our Programs: Assist in clinic oversight and program development, helping us innovate and improve.

What You'll Bring:
Experience Matters: Minimum of 5 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Supervisory Skills: Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Caseload Management: Proven experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for Children: A genuine passion for helping children thrive in diverse environments.
Team Spirit: Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Reliability: Ability to reliably commute to Sugar Land, TX 77478, or willingness to relocate with employer-provided assistance.
