We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team in our Federal Sector. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position will based in Detroit, MI. Strong preference towards candidates with experience working in airport environments.

Experience working on Federal construction projects is required.

Responsibilities:

As a Construction Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, and evaluating projects.
2. Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
3. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
4. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
5. Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
6. Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards, and compliance with all construction regulations.
7. Coordinating with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or similar federal agencies as required.
8. Preparing and presenting project progress reports to various stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
2. Extensive experience working federal government entities and familiarity with their guidelines and regulations.
3. Extensive experience in ground-up construction projects.
4. Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
5. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and legal requirements.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
8, Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred, but not required.
