Your Role
As a Business Development Representative at LEMG, you'll focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our growth in the corporate, association, higher ed, and non-profit sectors. You'll be integral to our success, driving new opportunities and contributing to a collaborative, innovative team culture.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development:
    • Craft an annual Business Development Plan for your region in alignment with company goals.
    • Research and identify potential buyers of production services.
    • Actively prospect organizations to generate new business and expand opportunities.
    • Vet potential clients to ensure they align with LEMG's high standards.
    • Explore and pursue new revenue streams for business growth.
  • Marketing & Content Contribution:
    • Contribute to the annual Master Marketing Process and offer insights.
    • Share your expertise and thought leadership through social media and blog content.
  • Sales:
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to funnel leads into the Sales Pipeline.
    • Manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
    • Work with clients to finalize deals and ensure smooth transitions to our operations team.
  • Client Relationships:
    • Take ownership of the growth and development of your assigned region.
    • Use our CRM system to maintain ongoing communications with current and potential clients.
    • Attend networking events and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
    • Manage client reviews and surveys to measure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Facilitation & Assistance:
    • Support leadership on special projects and help move initiatives forward.
    • Collaborate with the LEMG team to ensure seamless project execution.
