Job Description

Job Overview
As an Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting our high-quality concrete products and services to contractors, construction companies, and other clients in the construction industry. This role requires a strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding project needs, and achieving sales targets within your territory.

This position includes a full-time salary + bonus, full benefits, a company truck & gas card.

Duties
  • Utilize proven sales techniques to generate leads and attract new customers in the construction and concrete sectors
  • Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship-building
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales goals and share best practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering tailored product

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on direct sales, business development, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Ability to upsell concrete products or services effectively, catering to customer needs
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and knowledge of concrete products is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
