Job Title : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

Client : Infosys / Citizens Bank

Type : Long term contract (12+ Months)

Location : Johnston, RI (Remote)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable and personalized marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFMC, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMPscript , and integrations with Salesforce CRM and other platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and IT teams.

Job Details:

• 11+ years of experience within the Salesforce Marketing cloud ecosystem.
• Architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems.
• Architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems.
• Lead the design and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns using Journey Builder, Email Studio, SMS, Push Notifications, and Social Studio.
• Develop and optimize dynamic email templates, customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and automation workflows to drive engagement.
• Customize solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL to enhance personalization and automation.
• Define data models and integrations , leveraging Data Extensions, API integrations, and ETL processes to manage customer data efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including marketing, sales, and IT, to gather requirements, align strategies, and drive business outcomes.
• Ensure best practices in security, compliance, and performance optimization within SFMC implementations.
• Strong experience with implementation and integration aspects among the various modules within the Salesforce suite of products .
• Experience in a technical role building Automations and Journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud .
• Proficient in overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture design to implementation and deployment.
• SFMC certifications are must (Marketing Cloud Administrator, Consultant, etc.)
• Strong relational database and SQL skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to efficiently manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and excel in a high growth environment.
• Must be highly motivated, go-getter who is solutions oriented.
• The successful candidate must be a self-starter with a high degree of personal accountability and able to work in ambiguous situations.
