About the Role
We’re looking for a TikTok-native, highly creative, and trend-savvy content creator to own our video strategy. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, understands the platform’s culture, and knows how to create engaging, viral content. If you ever looked at what Nutter Butter or Duolingo did and thought, “That would be fun,” this is the role for you. While TikTok will be the primary focus, you’ll also help translate winning concepts into content for other channels, including Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and paid media.
If you’re always ahead of the trends, love experimenting with content formats, and have the ability to turn ideas into highly engaging videos, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
● Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
● Strategize and execute content plans based on trends, brand goals, and audience insights.
● Engage with the community , responding to comments and sparking conversations.
● Collaborate with influencers and creators to develop brand-aligned content.
● Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
● Repurpose organic content into high-performing paid assets for ad campaigns.
● Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to our social strategy.
What We're Looking For
● No degree required—just proven creativity and an instinct for what works on TikTok .
● Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and best practices.
● Ability to shoot, edit, and publish videos quickly using mobile-friendly tools.
● A scrappy, experimental mindset—comfortable testing different styles and formats.
● Strong sense of humor, storytelling, and cultural awareness.
● Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
● Passion for wellness, lifestyle, and DTC brand-building.
Bonus Skills
● Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or other video editing tools.
● Familiarity with paid social strategy and how to create content for ads.
● Basic photography and graphic design skills.
